How do I list my pickleball gear for sale? Simply sign up, click Post a new listing, then follow the simple steps to upload photos, accurately describe your item and set your price. Your listing will be live in minutes!

What are the condition categories for items? New – Unused and in original packaging, perfect condition with no signs of wear. Like New – Used once or twice but looks and functions as if it's brand new, with minimal to no signs of use. Very Good – Lightly used, well-maintained with minor signs of wear, but fully functional. Good – Noticeable signs of use, such as scratches or scuffs, but still in solid working condition. Fair – Heavily used with clear signs of wear and tear, but the item is still functional.

What fees does Pikle.Shop charge? Pikle.Shop collects an 10% commission on the final sale price of your item, compared to 13%+ on eBay.

How does shipping work? Shipping on most categories (paddles, shoes & apparel, bags & accessories) is charged to the buyer at a flat rate. If you are selling heavy or bulky court equipment, we recommend listing it for pickup. Once your item sells, if it qualified for flat rate shipping, we will send you a shipping label and packaging instructions. Securely pack your item, affix the label and drop it off at your local USPS.

When do I get paid? Once tracking shows the buyer has received the item they have a 2-day review period. Once that passes, your funds (minus fees) are transferred to your account. Click Account settings in your profile to add or edit your payout details.

What if the buyer returns the item? If the buyer isn’t satisfied within 2 days, they can return the item, and you’ll be notified. Funds will be refunded to the buyer.

What items can I sell on Pikle.Shop? You can sell any pre-owned or new pickleball gear, including paddles, balls, nets, apparel and accessories. If you're not sure, feel free to reach out to us at team@pikle.shop

How do I price my items? We recommend researching similar listings on Pikle.Shop to find competitive prices. You set the price based on condition, brand and demand.

Are there any restrictions on selling? All items must be related to pickleball and in usable condition. We do not allow counterfeit or unauthorized items. If you're not sure, feel free to reach out to us at team@pikle.shop

How do I buy an item on Pikle.Shop? Simply browse the marketplace, select your item and complete the purchase through our secure checkout process. The seller will handle shipping.

What fees do buyers pay? Buyers pay for the cost of the item and flat-rate shipping. There are no additional fees for buyers.

How is shipping calculated? With the exception of large and heavy court equipment, most other items qualify for flat-rate shipping through our negotiated terms with USPS. Flat-rate items are shipped using Priority Mail.

What if my item doesn’t arrive? If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, reach out to our support team for assistance at team@pikle.shop.

Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied? Yes! You have 2 days to inspect your purchase after delivery. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a refund. Just click Return Item at the bottom of the page.

Do your sellers ship internationally? At this point, we only serve buyers shipping to an address in the U.S. We will be adding international shipping support in the future. If you wish to be notified, please send us a note to team@pilkle.shop
